Panama Canal and Tampa sign deal to boost Asian trade

Panama City:  The Authorities of the Panama Canal and the US Port of Tampa signed an agreement here Monday to promote the trade route that connects North America with Asian countries.  With transpacific volumes down this year US ports are starting to market themselves more heavily.  [16/7/08]
