Two wholly-owned special purpose vehicles of the company incorporated in Tianjin will buy the two LNG carriers.
“The vessel purchase agreements are settled during the ordinary and usual course of the company’s business. The deal is beneficial to fully leverage the advantages of the transactions and increasing the market share of the company in the vessel market and are consistent with the company’s business development strategy,” said China Development Bank Financial Leasing
