“The group will also provide the technical expertise for the operations and deployment of the two service rigs and has been granted options to purchase the service rigs,” Ezion announced in a statement on Tuesday.
The name of the Chinese rig builder was not disclosed in Ezion’s brief statement.
Singapore-listed Ezion added that the latest agreement is not expected to have a material impact on its earnings for its financial year ending 31 December 2016.
