The NVOCC Tracking App for both iOS and Andriod allows customers to track their shipments around the world using either the B/L ID or container number including access to its NVOCC schedules.
Following sanctions by neighbouring countries earlier this year, including UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, Milaha has rapidly expanded its portfolio and now has NVOCC services to 20 ports in the Middle East and Indian Subcontinent.
“Very few NVOCCs and mainline operators have a similar mobile tracking app, which adds a layer of flexibility and accessibility for our customers as it complements our existing online tracking system,” said Abdulrahman Essa Al-Mannai, president and ceo of Milaha.
Planned upgrades include ability to make rate requests and shipment bookings directly through the app.
