Otto Marine sells AHTS vessel for $95m
Singapore-based Otto Marine has entered into an agreement to sell an anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessel for $95m to its affiliate Go Marine International.

The DP2-capable Deep Sea 1 is built in Otto Marine's shipyard in Batam, Indonesia. Otto Marine said the sale of the offshore vessel will reduce its inventory on hand and is “part of the ordinary course of business of the shipyard business.”

Otto Marine owns 49% of Go Marine International, which is incorporated in Indonesia.
