Swiber issues notes
Singapore: Swiber Holdings has issued S$150m ($120m) from its ongoing S$700m multicurrency medium term note programme.

The S$150m notes were issued at a fixed rate of 5.8%, and they have matured on 6 August 2013.

DBS Bank is the sole lead manager and bookrunner of the notes.

The proceeds from the notes will be used to refinance the issuer's and its subsidiaries' debt obligations, according to Swiber.
