Due for delivery between H1 2018 and H1 2019, the 211 m ships are set for deployment in the intra-Asia trade, and have a special wide hull design, enabling them to navigate in the shallower Asian ports.
Designed for environmentally-friendly operation, each vessel will be fitted with an electronic-controlled fuel injection engine, which meets the IMO Tier II standards for NOx emission and reducing emissions by around 20% in comparison with vessels of traditional designs.
