Odjfell said it was contemplating issuing senior unsecured bonds, and is also considering buying back bonds that mature in December 2013.
“Net proceeds from the potential transactions will be used for general corporate purposes,” the company said.
DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and Swedbank First Securities have been appointed joint lead managers of the potential transactions.
