Guanghui Energy LNG storage tank project in Nantong port approved

Chinese energy industry player Guanghui Energy has received approval from Jiangsu Development and Reform Commission for the construction of 200,000 cu m LNG storage tank project at Nantong port, Jiangsu province.

The project, located at Lvsi port area of Nantong, will newly construct one 200,000 cu m LNG storage tank, LNG low pressure pump and other related facilities.

The storage tank project will be able to expand the storage capacity of LNG receiving station and improve LNG turnover of the company, which is in line with the company’s future development strategy, said Guanghui Energy.

This LNG receiving station project at Lvsi port area is divided into three phases, the overall LNG handling capacity will reach 3m tons per year when the project completed.

Guanghui Energy is the only private company in China runs businesses covering coal, gas and oil. The company currently operates the LNG terminal at Qidong, Nantong.
