ASL Marine bags $77m worth of newbuilding contracts

ASL Marine bags $77m worth of newbuilding contracts
ASL Marine has bagged SGD97m ($76.7m) worth of contracts to build six offshore vessels.

The Singapore-listed shipyard is to build two emergency response and rescue vessels (ERRV) and four AHTS for undisclosed customers in Europe and Singapore.

The ERRV’s will be built by ASL’s yard in Singapore, classed by Lloyd’s Register, with delivery in 2015. The four AHTS will be built at its yard in China, classed by ABS, with two to be delivered in 2015 and two in 2016.
