The two 12,000 bhp AHTS vessels are DP2 capable, have 150 tonnes bollard pull to support offshore activities and can accommodate 30 personnel onboard.
“Offshore support vessel fleet expansion, either through acquisition such as this or a newbuild programme, is important for our growth,” said Hassan Basma.
“These vessels are suitable for deepwater activities which are fast expansing in Asia, West Africa and Latin America,” he said.
