The three units of drilling platforms are scheduled to be delivered respectively in September and October 2015, and August 2016.

COSL, a subsidiary of state-owned China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC), believes that more technologically sound offshore equipment will be increasingly needed as offshore oil and gas exploration moves further out to deeper waters and harsher environment.
