Singapore-listed Marco Polo Marine advised that BBR has submitted the IPO registration to the Indonesian Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Agency.
The intention of the listing in Jakarta is to make BBR a financially self-sustaining enterprise by becoming a public company.
