The Japanese shipbuilder plans to establish a commercial ship planning department and to reorganise the existing next-generation vessel development department.
The new department of commercial ship planning would develop new eco-friendly merchant bulk carriers with 25% improved fuel efficiency and continue to develop new vessel types.
