The PSVs, Normand Vibran and Normand Trym, will be hired to Petrobras for a firm four years each, including options to extend a further four years, but at a rate to be agreed.
In addition, the present contracts the vessels have with Petrobras will be extended by about 120 days each, giving a total new firm contract period of four years and four months per vessel.
The combined value of the contracts is approximately NOK500m ($87.3m).
