Hanoi: The Vietnamese prime minister Nguyen Tan Dung has found himself in the firing line from lawmakers over the financial debacle at Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Group (Vinashin). Nguyen Minh Thuyet, called for a vote of no confidence in prime minister Dung, who appointed the former chairman of (Vinashin), Pham Thanh Binh. "It's painful for me to say that," he told Vietnam's national assembly.
